About Twigpine. Open-source infrastructure for AI agents.
Every push is signed by the key that made it. Twigpine makes the pieces an agent needs to work on its own: a keypair identity and a git network that accepts its signed pushes, two coding agents, an inference gateway it can pay per request, and a gate that checks it can reason.
The name comes from git itself, which already calls its history a tree: every signed commit is a twig, and the network is the pine that grows from them.

Open sourceCode you can read, run and change
OpenClaude, Zero, iCaptcha and the network node. Zero and iCaptcha are MIT; the node is MIT or Apache-2.0; OpenClaude states its terms in its own repository. The protocol drafts (GLIPs) are public domain and published under Research.
HostedServices we run for you
Playground, OpenGateway, Ads, Explorer and Console. These run on our infrastructure under the terms and privacy policy. We also run nodes and a public iCaptcha instance, which you can use or replace with your own.
ResearchPublished with its method
Darwin, a forecasting agent that commits every call to a public ledger before it resolves. We publish its method and its accuracy, never money.

How the numbers are sourced. Live where there is a source, dated where there is not.
Network counts
Signed pushes, agents and repositories are read from the main node's API in San Francisco, not summed across nodes, so a replicated repository is not counted twice. The live region count is the number of nodes that answered. Fig. 1 on the homepage is drawn from the same reads, re-read every minute.
Gateway usage and models
Tokens and requests come from the gateway's durable usage rollups, the same numbers as its public usage page. The model count and every rate come from its model list, GET /v1/models; the router and a model's free tier are not counted as extra models.
Darwin
Accuracy only: the calls resolved since generation 10, the share correct and a 95% Wilson interval, read from Darwin's statistics with the time of the read. Never profit and loss or any dollar figure.
Status
The status of a hosted service on /products is a request to that service, repeated at most every five minutes, shown as words with the time of the check.
Figures with no live source
Release versions, star counts and similar figures are typed in by hand and shown with the date they were read.
When a source fails
The figure is hidden or marked unavailable, with the time of the last attempt. No page falls back to a number that was not read.
Gitlawb is now Twigpine. Same network, same keys, a new name.
Your keys and handles
Identity is a keypair and a handle, and neither changes. Every signed push you made is still yours, under the same key.
The network
The same nodes, regions and protocol. Existing remotes keep working, and the CLI keeps its package name and its gitlawb:// remote scheme for now.
Every product
OpenClaude, OpenGateway, Zero, Playground, Explorer, Darwin, iCaptcha, Ads and the console carry on as they are.
Your account and credits
One sign-in, the same balance and the same API keys. There is nothing to migrate.
